At Kingdom Reign Ministries, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, which is why we've made our shipping and return process as simple as possible. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help:
Return Policy We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds on digital products.
Starting a Return To start a return, please contact us at impactnationsentertainment@gmail.com. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your package to our return center. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns must be packaged securely in the original packaging or similar protective packaging to ensure safe transit.
Shipping & Tracking Your satisfaction matters to us! Once your order ships, we'll email your tracking information within 24 hours so you can follow your package's journey. If you haven't received tracking information after 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.
Damages and Issues We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. Our team is here to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:

- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges We want you to have exactly what you want! The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original purchase and, once approved, place a new order for your preferred item.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period For our EU customers, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days, minus the restocking fee. Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank to process the refund.
